Today we'll be making an angel. Not the one in the picture, that's Noreen Crone-Finlay's "Angel of Knitting". I just like it :-)The project for today is Angela. I love doll making too :-)

I find the lacy doily sort of an angels kind of fascinating... Sort of kitsch, but... I don't know. There's something intriguing in kitsch - after all, it IS kitsch ;-)
Here's a flying angel ornament in the same style. Looks more complicated than it is.
This one, knitted tiny angel, is really cute :-D
Here's a tape lace angel. It will be wonderful as an ornament, as card decoration (or scrapbooking) or in a crazy quilt. It would work as a bookmark too.
Yes, it's bobbin lace. You can do that, can't you?
