Mardi Gras and Runeberg's Day

I am stupid enough to participate in Easter Basket Swap. There's one month to go before the package will be sent, so I think I will be able to make it. I already know what I'm going to post, and then I'm going to add some little things especially chosen to the receiver. :-)
There's a Flickr group for this swap too...

Be... Dream... Play... has a "polar festival"... sounds interesting. I don't know yet if I'm going to participate.

One tool I cannot live without is scissors.
I use them in everything, knitting, sewing, crochet, paperwork, art journaling, scrapbooking... cooking. The person who invented scissors was a genius. I can think it's hard to shear a sheep with a knife.

One artist that inspires me is Nicky Epstein. There's plenty of others, but she's one very inspiring person :-D

5 things on my studio table right now: I don't have a studio table. But in my knitting basket there are: scissors, bag of crochet needles, bag of nick-nacks, three yarn balls and a pair of needles.

My current go-to blog is You Knit WHAT? 2

My current go-to website is photo163.com

Today my favorite color is peacock ;-)

If I could take a class from one artist from anytime in history, it would be... Uh... I don't know.

I love Dot's dolls too :-D

Thanks so much for posting about the survey. I had a great time working on this project and I hope you enjoyed all the great responses from this amazing group of artists. I love the fact that ypu posted you own answers on your blog. And I agree, scissors rock!
